JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role serves as the face of our company and the primary point of contact between Small Parts and our customers from receipt of an order through shipment. This position offers dynamic growth, with opportunities to advance into sales, marketing, and leadership roles.

AN OVERVIEW OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Manage Customer Relationships & Demand

  • You will ensure all customer orders are entered properly including quantity, price, and due date.
  • Work through customer issues including lead time breaches, minimum order quantity violations, price disputes, and more.
  • Work jointly with the production team to address any concerns related to customer orders, such as material delays, scheduling conflicts in production, and mechanical problems that may hinder timely delivery.

Forecast Review

  • Develop quarterly demand forecasts for repricing and production planning.
  • Identify and communicate changes in order patterns that could lead to supply risks.

Issue Resolution

  • Participate in Corrective Action Process and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expedites & Special Delivery

  • Manage expedited orders and special delivery requests with a focus on meeting customer requirements.

Required:

  • Computer Literacy
  • Written & Verbal Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
